About The Position

As a Drafting Intern, you will work closely with Bloom’s Design Engineering team and other professionals to support the development and documentation of custom industrial combustion equipment. You will gain hands-on experience applying drafting and CAD principles in an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment. In this role, you will help translate engineering concepts and designs into accurate drawings and documentation used to manufacture and assemble Bloom equipment. You will gain practical experience with real-world engineering projects while learning how drawings move from design through manufacturing and ultimately into equipment operating at customer facilities. This internship is a temporary role that provides exposure to mechanical design, manufacturing processes, engineering standards, and the collaboration required to deliver custom-engineered products.
