The Drafter supports the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Cheyenne Mountain Complex (NCMC) Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II). This role involves progressive administrative and/or technical support assignments, evaluating and adapting standard techniques to plan and conduct assignments. The candidate will have experience with requirement tools, plans, schedules, and coordinating detailed phases of work. Responsibilities include reviewing results from assigned tasks to ensure completeness, correctness, and proper documentation. The Drafter will interpret requirement specifications, support system/network architecture design and development, and integrate/implement solutions for communication hardware, networking, encryption, applications, system administration, and network concerns. This role also involves performing systems/network management and integration functions, preparing and updating layout drawings for IT equipment installation and troubleshooting, and preparing documentation packages and drawing sets for review by subject matter experts. The Drafter will establish schedules for package reviews, apply concepts for drawing databases, templates, and requirements, and review completed drawings for accuracy and conformity to standards. The position requires interpreting requirements and performing analyses to ensure objectives are met.
