About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Draft Technician to join our Team! In this role you will be responsible for delivery of kegs to retail customers and service the key system equipment in a professional and courteous manner. In addition, this role ensures the placement of point-of-sale (POS) materials during account visits. Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non-company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time to support collaboration, productivity, and business operations according to the schedule set by supervisors and/or branch management.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Valid driver's license
Six months experience working in a Warehouse
Knowledge of operating a forklift

Nice To Haves

Keg line cleaning experience
Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
Familiar with modern warehousing practices and methods

Responsibilities

Deliver kegs; place the merchandise in customer-desired locations
Service keg systems; install and clean lines connected to Glazer’s draft beers
Train customers on keg installation procedures
Identify sales opportunities; provide referrals to sales team
Monitor all malt code dates to ensure freshness
Set-up POS materials (e.g., coasters, banners, table tents, etc.) during account visits
Deliver hot shot items to on premise accounts as needed
