About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships with On Premise accounts by performing exceptional service in the cleaning of draft lines. The technician will also perform minor preventative maintenance on draft systems and report serious maintenance issues to their supervisor. The territory for this position covers St. Pete/Indian Rocks.

Requirements

Ability to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Proficiency in cleaning draft lines according to quality standards.
Skill in performing minor preventative maintenance on draft systems.
Ability to report serious maintenance issues to supervisor.
Capability to perform bi-weekly cleaning of assigned accounts.
Capability to perform quarterly acid washes.
Ability to inspect faucets and tavern heads.
Ability to break down lines from kegs to flush and remove buildup.
Ability to inspect parts for wear or defects.
Ability to provide high-quality service efficiently and meet productivity expectations.
Willingness to work special events as needed.
Ability to maintain and clean equipment at major venues.
Ability to clean used draft equipment for inventory.
Willingness to assist with product deliveries when needed.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Ability to drive a J.J. Taylor truck (may be required).

Nice To Haves

Experience in the beverage or related industry.
Knowledge of draft beer systems and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Receives weekly schedule of accounts from immediate supervisor.
Handles urgent requests as needed.
Cleans draft lines per established quality standards.
Performs bi-weekly cleaning of all assigned accounts.
Performs quarterly acid washes.
Performs minor or preventative maintenance on draft beer systems, ensuring supervisor is kept informed.
Inspects faucets and tavern heads for all accounts at the time of cleaning.
Breaks down lines from kegs to flush out lines and remove buildup.
Inspects parts for wear or other defects.
Provides high-quality service in an efficient manner, meeting productivity expectations.
Works special events as needed or when required.
Maintains and cleans all equipment at major venues.
May drive a J.J. Taylor truck.
Assists with the cleaning and servicing of special event equipment at the warehouse.
Cleans used draft equipment to place it back into inventory.
May assist with product deliveries when needed.
Works overtime when required.
Performs any additional duties and special tasks assigned by the Draft Manager.
