Requirements

• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor's in IT or related field
• CBCP or MBCI Certification(s)
• Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Development, testing and maintenance of the enterprise DR/COOP plan and operations supporting the hybrid VPC and global IT infrastructure for the customer.
• Ensure customer IT services remain operational and highly available to support U.S. embassies, consulates, passport agencies and centers, and visa processing centers (i.e., domestic).
• Develop, manage, and support a robust, enterprise-wide DR program for the enterprise IT network to ensure continuous improvement, resiliency, and high availability services, aligning with redundancy requirements.
• Ensure the DR program complies with NIST Special Publication (SP) 800-34 (Contingency Planning Guide for Federal Information Systems), FISMA requirements, and customer DR standards.
• Play key roles in redundancy and failover management, DR Plan documentation and system alignment, and DR testing.
