About The Position
Peterson Enterprises is seeking a positive, energetic part-time student who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-based environment and is passionate about the Dairy Queen brand. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive memories for customers. Applicants should be eager to lead, do things right, be accountable, take ownership of their work, and create smiles and stories for customers. The position involves 15–30 hours per week, with mandatory evenings and weekends and flexible hours. Grill duties are for employees over the age of 17.
Requirements
- Be a student seeking part-time work.
- Be able to work 15–30 hours per week.
- Be available for mandatory evenings and weekends; hours are flexible.
- Be able to work with the public and as part of a team.
- Be over age 17 to work in the grill.
Responsibilities
- Run a register.
- Make ice cream products.
- Work the drive-thru.
- Work in the grill (for employees over age 17).
- Wash dishes.
- Remove trash.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and help create positive memories for customers.
