About The Position

Peterson Enterprises is seeking a positive, energetic part-time student who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-based environment. The role focuses on creating positive memories for Dairy Queen fans by delivering exceptional customer service. Employees are expected to be eager to lead, do things right, be accountable, take ownership of their work, and create smiles and stories for fans. The position requires 15–20 hours per week, including mandatory evenings and weekends, with flexible hours.

Requirements

• Available to work 15–20 hours per week.
• Able to work mandatory evenings and weekends.

• Ability to work with the public and as part of a team.
• Must be over the age of 17 to work in the grill.

Responsibilities

• Run a register.
• Make ice cream products.
• Work the drive-thru.
• Work in the grill (over the age of 17).
• Wash dishes.
• Remove trash.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for fans.
