About The Position
The Downtown Ranger position is part time and performs labor intensive tasks commonly related to routine maintenance of equipment, facilities, and grounds of various locations daily as directed.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid class "C" Texas driver's license or higher required.
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment for indoor and outdoor projects.
- Ability to paint interior and exterior.
- Ability to understand and follow the City of Conroe policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to adapt to new technology, methods, or changing conditions.
- Must be capable of reading, writing, and communicating in English.
