About The Position

Bellmont Cabinets is seeking a reliable Dowel Machine Operator to join its 1300 department in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment. The operator feeds cabinet parts into dowel machinery to drill holes and insert dowels according to job specifications, ensuring components are processed accurately, efficiently, and to quality standards before moving to the next production stage. Requirements

Ability to safely operate production machinery and equipment while following established safety procedures.
Comfort reading production schedules and job paperwork.
Basic measurement skills and ability to use a tape measure accurately.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

Prior machine operation experience, ideally in cabinetry, woodworking, or manufacturing.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Eagerness to learn; comprehensive training is available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Operate dowel machinery to process cabinet components accurately and efficiently.

Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining quality standards.
