The Armed Forces Skillbridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. The IRES and NISSCII teams are looking for services members from the following fields: Government contracting and procurement IT Services Engineering Systems Architecture Mission Event Planning Configuration Management Finance Software Development Cybersecurity Satellite Ground Segment Operations Project Management Intelligence Internships will be located at: Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO Peterson SFB, Colorado Springs, CO Cheyenne Mountain Complex, Colorado Springs, CO Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL Location is determined based on the position. If you are outside of these areas this will require relocation to the location the internship will be at.
