Doughnut Dealer Lead
About The Position
Our Lead Doughnut Dealers are key to the smooth running of a shift by ensuring great service and accurate cash handling. They are knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the store. They manage, execute, and delegate daily functions of the store, including prepping products, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties. They have safe access and manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids, and discounts. They ensure sanitation practices are being used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen, and that all safety and security policies are being followed as set by the Company. They train and coach employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are being met, and use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor, and control inventory. They also perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.
Requirements
- 1 year experience as a front of house cashier, or prior shift leader experience
- Must have Clark County Health Card
- Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
