About The Position

Our Lead Doughnut Dealers are key to the smooth running of a shift by ensuring great service and accurate cash handling. They manage, execute, and delegate daily functions of the store, including prepping products, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties. This role also involves training and coaching employees to ensure Company and brand standards are met, and using tools to manage labor and control inventory.

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a front of house cashier, or prior shift leader experience
• Must have Clark County Health Card
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

Responsibilities

• Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor.
• Be knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the store.
• Manage, execute, and delegate daily functions of the store, including prepping products, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties.
• Ensure safe access and manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids, and discounts.
• Ensure sanitation practices are being used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen.
• Ensure all safety and security policies are being followed as set by the Company.
• Train and coach employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are being met.
• Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.
