About The Position

Earn $16/hour as a Prep Cook! Help us make our legendary pizza dough, learn new prep skills, and have fun while doing it! You'll be measuring, mixing, weighing, and prepping dough like a pro! You'll use a mixer and rounder to prepare dough balls for proofing, shred and prep cheese (aka pizza gold), and maintain a clean and organized prep area. Our team is supportive and strongly believes that you can take pride in your work and have fun at the same time!

Requirements

• Team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable using knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant business
• Must be 18+ for prep cook position
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation)

Responsibilities

• Measuring, mixing, weighing, and prepping dough
• Using a mixer and rounder to prepare dough balls for proofing
• Shredding and prepping cheese
• Maintaining a clean and organized prep area
