About The Position

Drive company trucks delivering Flogistix compressors, components, and parts to multiple sites across the United States. Primary duties involve driving Flogistix trucks according to FMCSA and Flogistix Regulations. Properly securing compressors, components, and parts to trailers and trucks according to FMCSA and Flogistix regulations. Properly completing all required paperwork and electronic documents in a timely and professional manner. May perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a current Class A CDL Driver’s License without restrictions.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical
Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
Must have an MVR with no recent moving or driving violations
Must have a driving record that meets or exceeds Flogistix’s Safe Driver Matrix
Must have a minimum of two years of verifiable flatbed experience.
Must be able to follow all basic skills, responsibilities, and accountabilities

Nice To Haves

Oversized load experience is a plus.

Ability and desire to be Flogistix First, work well with all fellow employees and customers
Ability to drive long hours with the potential for being away from home for days at a time.
Must be able to load, chain, and secure loads on an open deck trailer.
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (Traffic, Weather Conditions, Dispatch Changes, Etc.)
The ability/license to drive a manual transmission.
Ability to use a computer and a tablet.
Ability to answer work phone calls, texts, and emails in timely manner
Ability to learn new skills and talents
Must be able to follow instructions given by supervisor
Must be willing to drive all company vehicles once trained properly to do so
Must be able to work in hot or cold environments
Must be able to lift 50 LBS
Must be able to follow all EHSS policies and procedures
Must be punctual and possess strong work ethic
Must be able to hold invoices and complete expense reports on time and as needed.
Will be required to work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
Will be required to complete and turn in all load documents correctly, on time, and legibly
Will be required to keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and in good working condition
Will be required to inspect and care for tools, supplies, and work areas
Will be required to use Electronic Log Display daily to accurately capture Hours of Service in accordance with FMCSA rules and regulations, as well as Flogistix Policies.
