About The Position

Benore Logistic Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DOT Compliance and Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support for our Non-Driver Recruiting operations.

Requirements

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a business environment.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 i.e.; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Must be able to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong work ethic, and reputation for the highest degree of integrity and mature business judgment.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Class D driver’s license is required and candidate must be eligible to be insured under the applicable Company Motor Vehicle Insurance policies.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM or PHR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general administrative duties such as data entry, copying, filing, assisting employees, and other administrative tasks as determined by the department.
  • Following the established process, accurately and timely processes and approves time off requests for employees.
  • Administer all aspects of the attendance policy, including monitoring and reporting of attendance occurrences.
  • Conducts various audits for the Human Resources Department and provides recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
  • As assigned, runs department reports and provides a summary of data.
  • May perform other clerical functions such as scanning, prepares new Associate files, processes mail, and acts as back-up for the receptionist when absent.
  • Required to attend and complete all company development, safety, and compliance training.
  • Required to adhere to all BLS policies, procedures, DOT, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
  • Strict adherence to C-TPAT best practices.
  • Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 45001 Quality certification programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
