About The Position

Design customized, precision radiation treatment plans under physician guidance to deliver lethal doses to target tumor volumes while safeguarding surrounding healthy tissue. Perform complex dose calculations and assist with advanced brachytherapy procedures to support precise, localized cancer therapies. Fabricate custom immobilization and beam-modifying devices to guarantee accurate patient positioning and consistent treatment delivery every shift. Partner with medical physicists to perform quality assurance calibrations on radiation equipment and support ongoing clinical research projects. Enforce strict radiation safety protocols in accordance with national regulatory guidelines to protect patients, care teams, and yourself.

Requirements

Certified Medical Dosimetrist obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
