Responsible for treatment planning tasks related to conventional radiotherapy, IMRT or Brachytherapy, and for the accuracy and quality of patient’s treatment plans. Responsible for interacting with physicians to correctly carry out the written directives and providing accurate documentations. Participate in patient simulations and provide helps to therapist as needed. Assist the physicist in chart checking, special dosimetry, brachytherapy and radiation safety work and may participate in quality assurance of medical linear accelerators. Contribute to quality and performance improvement initiatives.
