Ganahl Lumber is seeking a driven Outside Sales Professional with proven experience in the door and window industry to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll develop long-term customer relationships, build your own book of business, and provide consultative selling solutions that help customers improve their properties. Requirements

  • Prior experience in door and window sales (required)
  • Strong consultative selling skills and a true customer-experience-first mentality
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities accurately
  • Self-motivated with a track record of hitting goals and building your own book of business
  • Team player who contributes to a positive, high-performing culture
  • Computer Skills

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and grow a loyal customer base through consultative selling
  • Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners
  • Quickly and accurately process customer needs, quotes, orders, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with our inside support team to ensure exceptional customer experiences from quote to installation
  • Stay knowledgeable on industry trends (energy efficiency, smart-home integration, modern design, etc.)
