About The Position

At Joshua Tree Experts, we are a fast-growing, high-culture team setting the standard for professional tree care across Texas. We protect property value and enhance curb appeal through professional tree trimming, hazard tree removals, and plant health care. We are looking for motivated, high-energy Door-to-Door Canvassers to help us identify homes with hazardous, overgrown, or dangerous trees and get property owners scheduled for a free assessment with our sales estimators.

Requirements

• Comfortable knocking on doors, initiating conversations, and handling occasional rejection with a smile.
• Strong communication skills: Friendly, polite, and persuasive with an approachable personality.
• Able to manage your time effectively while walking local neighborhoods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required.
• Able to use GPS and basic mobile apps to log leads and schedule appointments.

Nice To Haves

• You don't need technical tree knowledge to start-we will teach you how to spot overhanging branches, deadwood, and hazardous trees in 10 minutes flat.

Responsibilities

• Walk target neighborhoods, identifying properties with visible tree trimming or removal needs (e.g., branches over roofs, dead trees, dangerous leaners, overgrown canopies).
• Initiate friendly, low-pressure conversations at the door about safety, storm readiness, and property preservation.
• Schedule free, no-obligation property evaluations on the spot using our simple mobile scheduling tool.
• Log knocked doors, leads, and booked appointments in our easy-to-use CRM software.
