About The Position

K&H Home Solutions is seeking passionate and driven individuals to join their door-to-door marketing program. As a Canvasser, you will be at the forefront of marketing efforts, engaging directly with potential customers at their homes to generate leads and build interest in home remodeling services. This role is ideal for individuals with a knack for sales, a passion for meeting new people, and a drive to succeed.

Requirements

Previous experience in door-to-door sales or marketing preferred.
A proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
Positive mental attitude, reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and lead by example in the field.
Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Reliable transportation to travel around the Denver metro area.

Responsibilities

Utilize a company-provided sales strategy app to identify potential customers and conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to introduce services and gather leads.
Provide potential clients with information about the company and the benefits of its services.
Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
Meet or exceed performance targets for lead generation and sales.
Record and report feedback from potential customers to help improve marketing strategies.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and strategies.
Demonstrate flexibility by working evenings and weekends to reach potential clients.
