We specialize in electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and home comfort solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting people, creating opportunities, and helping homeowners connect with our team. We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Door-to-Door Appointment Setter to generate opportunities for our Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing departments. This role is focused on introducing RR Electric, Heating & Air to homeowners, building relationships in local neighborhoods, and scheduling free estimates, inspections, and service appointments for our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, being outdoors, and controlling their success through performance and effort.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, retail, marketing, or door-to-door outreach is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout Ventura and Los Angeles Counties
  • Introduce homeowners to RR Electric, Heating & Air services
  • Schedule qualified appointments for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and home comfort consultations
  • Educate homeowners on current promotions, financing options, and company offerings
  • Track daily activity and appointments set
  • Work closely with dispatch, sales, and management teams
  • Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
  • Help build brand awareness in the communities we serve
