About The Position
Temp IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY! FANTASTIC GROWTH POTENTIAL! $20+/HR BASED ON EXPERIENCE! Motivated door technician to join Johnson City team. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in garage door installation, construction, mechanical repair, or maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Prior hands-on experience in the field
- Ability to read measuring devices
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to pass background and drug screenings
- Safety, customer service, time management, and teamwork are essential skills
Nice To Haves
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Installing and repairing both residential and commercial overhead doors
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Servicing various garage door operators such as LiftMaster, Genie, Chamberlain, and more
- Performing basic electrical troubleshooting
