Requirements

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use standard hand tools with confidence.
Natural problem-solving skills and strong communication instincts.
An organized, positive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.

Experience in garage door systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain residential, commercial, and industrial garage doors and openers.
Deliver 5-star customer service with every interaction, demonstrating empathy, communication, and professionalism.
Document work with clarity, including notes, diagrams, and photos to support team efficiency and future visits.
Inspect and guarantee all work meets the highest safety standards and company expectations.
Recommend helpful upgrades and services to customers.
Collaborate with teammates and coordinate seamlessly using tools like ServiceTitan.
Perform background checks, drug screenings, and MVR checks for all candidates.
