Requirements
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 80 pound
- Basic math skills
- Good leadership skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Must be able to work under pressure

Responsibilities
- Understand how to perform every position in the plant efficiently and correctly
- Understand current production practices and learn to form new ones
- Understand all aspects of people management
- Ensure the accuracy of the Quality Control Program
- Be involved the evaluations of hourly associates
- Prepare paperwork and participate in inventories
- Audit outgoing loads for completeness
- Correct all quality issues and develop solutions to prevent them from occurring in the future
