Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
• Knowledge of local area and attractions
• Professional and polished appearance
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Provide assistance with luggage handling and transportation arrangements
• Offer information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the entrance and lobby area
• Open doors for guests and offer assistance with their belongings
• Coordinate with valet parking staff to ensure smooth operations
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
