About The Position

DH Pace Company is hiring Commercial and Residential Door Installers and Service Technicians for Overhead Door Company of the High Country, a DH Pace Company. Employees will be trained by industry experts to install and/or repair roll-up (dock) doors and other commercial and residential doors. The company offers top pay for experienced installers and opportunities to learn and grow. A $2,500 hiring bonus is available for applicants with industry experience. A company truck and fuel, tool and boot allowances, and paid training are provided. Applicants must successfully complete employment verifications, a background check, a drug screen, and a driving-record check if applicable before hire.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a construction-related industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Successful completion of employment verifications, a background check, a drug screen, and a driving-record check if applicable, before hire.

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of welding and/or electrical experience; preferred but not required.
• Industry experience, for which a $2,500 hiring bonus is offered.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to install and/or repair a wide range of commercial and residential doors and operating systems.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner.
• Install and/or service quality products and provide professional services for homeowners and homebuilders.
• Operate in a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties.
