Requirements

Must be over 21 years of age, per LCB regulations
Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and be flexible (able to go with the flow – where you are needed the most)
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong collaborator when working with a team, but also a self-starter when working alone
Customer service and communication skills
Basic PC knowledge (computer/laptop/iPad/smartphone)
Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Night and Weekend availability

Responsibilities

Welcomes customer into the shop
Verify various forms of ID
Work well under pressure. Always remain calm and professional
Communications skills – reading, writing and verbal. Clearly describe situations for reports
Work in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heat
Attention to detail
Interpersonal skills - ability to deal with all levels of personnel and public in a professional and effective manner
Sets an excellent example for customer service, following company policies and procedures
Remain up to date on WA State and LCB regulations
Maintain a clean and orderly station
Assist with maintaining store cleanliness
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standards
Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts and report to Sr. Shift Lead, ASM, SFM
Assist with product distribution and displays when asked
Maintain a professional and friendly appearance throughout shift
Must comply with all WA State recreational cannabis regulations
Establish good working relationship with other team members
Foster positive communications and relationships with employees and vendors
Keep up to date on industry trends and developments
Adhere to company policies and procedures
