This role combines technical expertise, customer service, and inventory oversight to support operational excellence and client satisfaction. Requirements

Ability to read, interpret, & understand architectural drawings and specifications
Must be computer literate and have current/proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Must be able to communicate effectively, demonstrate professional conduct; excellent written & verbal communication skills and have the ability to work under pressure
Communication skills must be clear, concise and with confidence

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Glass, Metals or Construction industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Create Door Fabrication detail packages for the Door Fabrication Department from customer quote requests, sales orders and shop drawings.
Check all data provided on a given project to ensure that the project is detailed accurately.
Check for hardware compatibility with doors and frames detailed.
Order vendor hardware for detailed projects.
Coordinate the receipt of vendor hardware.
Work with engineering department regarding door and frame detailing.
Check door hardware schedules on shop drawings as needed.
