Door Coordinator 1
About The Position
Candidates are to learn all aspects of Custom Door customer service and administration including the Door Program, creating fab sheets, entering and checking orders. Provide detailed fab sheets to our customers in a timely manner. Work from material lists, shop drawings or elevation take-offs, occasionally architectural plans and specifications. Provide consultation, coordination, and assistance to our customers, sales force and internal personnel. Assist in providing submittal and sample packages for sold projects as needed. Enter Sales Orders into and generate Purchase Orders within Epicor. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this job function.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Skilled in MS Office and proficient in Excel and Word.
- Ability to read, interpret, & understand architectural drawings and specifications.
- Basic/entry understanding of Auto CAD
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Epicor preferred.
- Experience with doors preferred.
