Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Door Builder/Clamp Operator to join their team in Princeton, MN. Requirements

• Ability to meet specifications and quality standards for door style and finish.
• Willingness to maintain clean, safe, and orderly working areas.
• Ability to perform daily maintenance on machines to ensure safe and operable condition.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and prioritizes work according to the daily/weekly production schedule.
• Operates door clamps as needed for standard product, miter doors, framed doors, etc.
• Builds panel doors while ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards regarding door style as well as finish.
• Operates a variety of machines in the fabrication of doors, such as orbital sanders, hand sanders, and door presses.
• Maintains all working areas in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion.
• Performs daily maintenance as needed to keep machines in safe, operable condition.
