UNIS is seeking experienced Clamp Attachment Forklift Operators to join our team in University Park, IL. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of clamp attachment forklift experience required.
Forklift/powered industrial truck certification required.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
Comfortable working at heights of up to 30 feet using appropriate equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently.
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

Current forklift certification preferred.
Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach, or order-picker equipment is a plus.
Experience using RF scanners, WMS technology, and other warehouse tools preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a clamp attachment forklift.
Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the warehouse or production area.
Perform pre-shift equipment inspections.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Properly handle and care for equipment and materials.
Prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work independently and as part of a team.
