About The Position

Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Door Builder/Clamp Operator to join its team in Princeton, Minnesota. Crystal Cabinet Works is a custom cabinet manufacturer founded in 1947, selling cabinetry through independent kitchen and bath dealers across the United States and Canada. The role performs a variety of processes in the fabrication of panel doors, ensuring that doors meet product specifications and quality standards. This is a first-shift position. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, either 6:00 AM–4:15 PM or 5:00 AM–3:15 PM, with Friday overtime as required. The listed salary range is $19.40–$21.55.

Responsibilities

Organize and prioritize work according to the daily and weekly production schedule.
Operate door clamps for standard products, miter doors, framed doors, and other door types as needed.
Build panel doors to meet specifications and quality standards for door style and finish.
Operate machines used in door fabrication, including orbital sanders, hand sanders, and a door press.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and orderly.
Perform daily maintenance as needed to keep machines safe and operable.
