About The Position
Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is seeking a Door Attendant who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable first impressions. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will warmly welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and provide attentive service that reflects the luxury standards of Four Seasons.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to lift and transport guest luggage safely.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and residents with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Load, unload, and transport guest luggage while ensuring proper handling procedures.
- Escort guests to designated areas throughout the hotel as needed.
- Coordinate with Valet, Bell Staff, Concierge, and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with a service-driven approach.
