The Donor Stewardship & Events Coordinator is responsible for implementing and directing the donor stewardship program to thank, recognize and demonstrate the impact of philanthropy to donors at all levels. This individual will implement a comprehensive donor stewardship calendar. They will successfully execute multiple private donor events and regular, written donor stewardship communications, designed to thank and cultivate Conner Prairie donors. Candidate must be comfortable managing deadlines and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure excellent experiences for donors. Candidate must have strong professional communication, talent for project management and be comfortable working within databases. This position is hybrid working evening hours at least once per month to support on-site management of events. Cover letter and resume required. Writing sample encouraged.
