Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, this role creates and implements short- and long-term strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual mid-level donors. The position oversees a variety of mid-level donor activities and communications to maximize the organization's resources effectively and efficiently while providing appropriate avenues for engaging and recruiting new donors. It also creates strategies to increase identified and potential donor support, prepares analysis of fundraising activities for the development of cultivation and solicitation strategies, and implements strategies to elevate mid-level donors where possible to major donor status, ensuring that all aspects of the donor database management system are used to maximize donor cultivation. The role also manages the Tier 1 (Community Supporters) donor portfolio ($1-$249), driving retention and new donor acquisition in coordination with the Communications team. It conducts prospect research to identify and qualify new giving prospects, building donor profiles that inform cultivation strategies across the pipeline. Additionally, it leads donor services operations, including gift acknowledgments, cultivation strategy, moves management, and donor relations in a timely, personalized donor touchpoint, and ensures donor data integrity in the CRM and delivers data analytics and reporting that strengthen stewardship, segmentation, and fundraising decisions across the Development team.
