High level of attention to detail, especially when reviewing complex or technical information
Ability to stay organized, focused, and adaptable while managing multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

Background or experience in social work, counseling, healthcare, medical support, chaplaincy or insurance/claims processing is highly valued and often leads to success in this role

Responsibilities

Communicate with donor families with compassion, professionalism, and clarity during sensitive moments
Review and analyze medical records and donor information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with healthcare teams, funeral homes, and internal staff to coordinate next steps efficiently
Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to determine donor eligibility based on medical criteria
Manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining composure in a time-sensitive environment
