About The Position

Jubilee Ministries is a privately funded 501(c)3 non-profit Christian ministry that exists to serve those affected by incarceration by being Ambassadors of Life Change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Every position is considered essential in fulfilling the ministry's mission. This role requires an employee to have a relationship with Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. The Donor Services Associate will join the new Shillington, PA thrift store team and is expected to have a tentative start date of November 2, 2026. This date may be adjusted based on store-opening needs and final onboarding timelines. The work environment is positive and faith-filled, with opportunities for staff devotions and prayer with co-workers. It is a small, tight-knit, mission-driven team where employees can support life change through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make a difference behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Assist in the receiving of donations.
Assist in the loading of sold items into customer vehicles.
Assist in sorting of donated product.
Assist in other dock operations as time allows and as directed by Manager or supervisor.
Keep area around dock clean of trash and organized.
Assist in keeping dock areas safe and accessible during wintertime.
Participate in staff meetings and team activities.
Other duties as assigned.
