About The Position

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Donor Communications Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team. The Donor Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing compelling, donor-centered communications that advance the organization’s fundraising goals and strengthen its external brand. This role plays a critical part in inspiring philanthropy by translating impact into clear, emotionally resonant stories across multiple channels, including donor appeals, campaigns, digital content, and public-facing communications. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism or related major.
Three years of external communications, fundraising communications, or nonprofit development experience.
Proven computer skills using Microsoft, Adobe, RENXT, and mass email software.
An active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Preferably a Certified Fund-Raising Exec (CFRE).
