About The Position

Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Donor Care Specialists to work in and around our Rome, GA service area. The typical schedule would be Monday-Friday and every other weekend. The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals, and phlebotomy.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
• A positive, caring attitude
• Scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts and some overtime
• CDL license (Class B) or the willingness and ability to get CDL license

Responsibilities

• Interviewing donors for suitability to donate
• Performing mini physicals
• Performing phlebotomy
