About The Position
Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to Changing Lives Through the Power of Work. They serve 11 counties on the east and west coasts of Florida. Goodwill's mission is to transform community donations into opportunities by providing training, resources, and support through programs and collaborations to help individuals obtain employment and build skills. Requirements
- Friendly and reliable with great customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet
- Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
- High school diploma/GED
- Retail experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet donors and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with unloading donations and offer tax receipts
- Sort and prepare donations for store distribution
- Help load trucks when needed
