About The Position

Goodwill is hiring full-time Donation Pricing Associates in Chardon, Ohio, to process and price quality hardline donations in the stockroom. This role contributes to Goodwill's mission of making a positive impact in the local community by transforming lives and building a sustainable future. Revenue generated from retail sales supports local outreach and social service programs, including pre-employment programming, job placement, family strengthening, and community outreach services. Additionally, the position helps Goodwill divert tons of waste from landfills annually.

Ability to stay abreast of brand names, maker marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.

Responsibilities

Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of brand names, maker marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
Sort hard lines into salable, e-commerce, and salvage/outlet categories.
Prices saleable items accordingly and transports carts to the sales floor for merchandising.
Maintain accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals
Always maintain sorting and processing areas in a neat and clean condition.
Assist with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and sales floor cleaning as needed.
Follow all agency safety policies and guidelines.
Actively participates with supervisors and team members to address identified safety concerns.
Other duties as assigned.
