We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and mission-minded individuals to join our team as Donation Center Associates. Flexible position under 20 hours per week are available, along with Part-time 25 hour positions. Part-time 25 hour team members are eligible for additional benefits, including paid time off and retirement benefits.   • Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
  • Lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds regularly.
  • Moving items over 50 pounds with the use of appropriate equipment and team assistance.
  • Working in a fast-paced donation receiving and processing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous retail, warehouse, donation processing, production, or customer service experience is a bonus—but not required!

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, courteous service to donors and customers.
  • Receive, inspect, sort, and process donated items according to quality standards.
  • Assist donors with unloading donations, including large or bulky items.
  • Clean, test, and perform minor repairs on donated goods when appropriate.
  • Hang, tag, price, and prepare merchandise following production guidelines.
  • Stage processes merchandise for efficient movement to the sales floor.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and customer vehicles.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized donation processing area.
  • Perform custodial duties, including general cleaning and trash removal.
  • Work closely with Sales Associates to ensure merchandise is moved efficiently to the sales area.
  • Cross-train and assist with sales floor operations as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture.
