Requirements
- No formal education required — just a great attitude!
- Solid people skills and a team-first mindset
- Able to lift, move, and carry donated items
- Follows safety rules like a pro
- Works well solo or as part of our awesome crew
Responsibilities
- Delivering 100% satisfaction to all donors and customers
- Greeting everyone with a big smile and great energy
- Helping unload donations with carts or dollies
- Offering tax receipts with a friendly ‘thank you!’
- Keeping track of how many amazing donors we meet each day
- Cleaning, pricing, and moving cool stuff to the sales floor
- Sorting goods into fun categories
- Getting items to the right place (processing, sales, warehouse)
- Keeping your space clean, organized, and safe
- Reporting anything unsafe right away
- Showing up on time, ready to roll
- Following all the team rules and vibes
- Helping out with whatever keeps the mission moving
