Responsibilities
- Greet and assist donors
- Share Goodwill's mission and donation guidelines
- Keep donation areas clean and organized
- Create a positive donation experience
- Answer donor questions
- Sort and process incoming donations
- Thank donors for their contributions
- Provide donation receipts when requested
- Help maintain efficient operations
- Welcome donors with professionalism and appreciation
- Assist with unloading donations
- Provide information about Goodwill's programs and services
- Ensure every donor has a positive experience
- Receive, assess, and sort donated items
- Follow donation handling and pricing guidelines
- Maintain accurate donation records
- Support inventory flow and organization
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and lifting practices
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided)
