We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Director of Nursing in Training Program, a leadership development opportunity designed for nurses who aspire to grow into a Director of Nursing role. Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- At least five years of long-term care nursing experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate within the Vetter Senior Living network
- A passion for professional growth, leadership development, and exceptional senior care
