About The Position
Team Next Level, a locally owned Domino's franchise, has been serving communities across western and eastern Oklahoma with exceptional Domino’s pizza and service since 2005. This role involves receiving and processing customer orders, preparing pizzas and other menu items, providing excellent customer service, managing cash and payment transactions, collaborating with team members, and performing routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
- No formal education required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment while staying focused and upbeat.
- A team player who is ready to learn and grow.
- Commitment to maintaining Domino’s appearance guidelines (details will be discussed during your interview).

Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders in-person and via phone, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
- Ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Manage cash and payment transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to store goals.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the store to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
