About The Position

Summit Psychological Associates, Inc. is seeking a clinician to facilitate Domestic Violence/Anger Management groups for clients referred by the courts. The role involves leading 26-week Conflict Solutions Groups, providing psychoeducation on topics such as power and control, anger management, communication, healthy relationships, and substance use. The facilitator will also guide discussions, review client homework, complete brief group notes, and communicate client progress to the courts. Training and clinical supervision will be provided. This position is part of the Forensic Services team, contributing to high-quality behavioral health care for individuals involved with the criminal justice system.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a human services field or working towards a master's degree in counseling or social work.
Experience in facilitating psychoeducational groups, especially anger management groups.
Ability to complete a background check after hiring.

Nice To Haves

Clinician to facilitate our Domestic Violence/Anger Management groups.
Applicants with CDCAs, LCDC I or II licensure are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in facilitating psychoeducational groups is preferred, especially anger management groups.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Domestic Violence/Anger Management groups for court-referred clients.

Oversee client homework completion.
Complete brief group notes for each client, documenting participation and progress.
