Responsibilities

• Sales Order Processing
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders on time
• Document Customer Details
• Manage Specified Accounts
• Data Entry/Filing
• Freight Coordination
• Invoice processing
• Generate Accurate Requested Reports
• Manage Empty Bag Inventory and Purchasing
• Perform Monthly Cycle Counts
• Assist Manager with various tasks and reporting
• Communicate well with Colleagues/Management efficiently
• Perform Miscellaneous Sales Manager assistant duties upon request
• Assist with Quality Claims Billing Approval and/or Disputes
• AR Account Reconciliation
• Perform Miscellaneous Duties upon Management Request
• Ability to work in a diverse team
• Can work overtime as needed
• Available after hours to respond to urgent inquiries
• All other duties assigned by management
