About The Position

We are seeking a Domain Consultant for our Professional Services team. This role requires a solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within SAP SuccessFactors. The consultant will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, managing data integration, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results. This is a virtual role that involves collaboration with global teams.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Strong documentation skills, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plans.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate results.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to work virtually with global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.
• 5 to 8 years of industry experience preferably in Talent.

Nice To Haves

• Additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
