About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Assist in data analysis and business modelling to support informed decision-making based on domain-specific standards. Contribute to benchmarking studies by analysing performance data against domain-specific industry standards and identifying improvement opportunities. Support translating technical details into clear, user-friendly documentation for communication and reporting. Assist in researching third-party products within the domain, focusing on features, scalability, and conducting preliminary assessments. Provide support during the implementation of domain-specific systems, assist with configuration, and identify opportunities for enhancements. Your contribution to the team: An agile mindset with effective communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with domain-specific standards, methodologies, and best practices. Requirements

  • An agile mindset with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with domain-specific standards, methodologies, and best practices
  • Ability to assist in system configurations and troubleshooting within domain-specific workflows

  • Strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders.
  • Business-level communication is a must.
  • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
  • Database knowledge – SQL, NoSQL, table structure, data relationships
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile practices.
  • Proficient in JIRA; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
