About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Domain Consultant 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Assist in data analysis and business modelling to support informed decision-making based on domain-specific standards. Contribute to benchmarking studies by analysing performance data against domain-specific industry standards and identifying improvement opportunities. Support translating technical details into clear, user-friendly documentation for communication and reporting. Assist in researching third-party products within the domain, focusing on features, scalability, and conducting preliminary assessments. Provide support during the implementation of domain-specific systems, assist with configuration, and identify opportunities for enhancements. Requirements

An agile mindset with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with domain-specific standards, methodologies, and best practices
Ability to assist in system configurations and troubleshooting within domain-specific workflows
Passion for innovating solutions that drive progress and meet future challenges
Commitment to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and fostering team development
Strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Strong business process acumen with experience in supporting business stakeholders.
Business-level communication is a must.
Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
Database knowledge – SQL, NoSQL, table structure, data relationships
Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile practices.
Proficient in JIRA; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
